Well, the computer assignment's out of the way. In a few hours I have my dendrology midterm . . . He's going to lay out sixty plant mounts and we have to identify them by their common name and scientific name . . .

. . . with points off for spelling. :yikes:

It's the study of trees. Wooo. Luckily I'm a good speller, but still . . . Trautvetteria caroliniensis! :yikes: But I'm most concerned with IDing the plants, a lot of them look almost identical.

Natural Resources science. I'm in a two year Associate of Applied Science program, but I'm thinking of going on to a four year program. :D It's a great program for anyone who likes working outdoors! Most people end up in government jobs (like Fish & Wildlife or state / national parks, so you get good pay and good benefits. :)

:hail: NO MORE MIDTERMS!!!!!!!!!!! :hail:

In dendrology all the desks plus the whiteboard and walls had pressed plant mounts on them and we went around writing down what they were . . . The teacher looked at me like I was crazy when I went back around and doublechecked everything, but I caught nine mistakes I'd made (I always forget to look for the glands to ID a chokecherry) and ended up with 101%. (There was a bonus question. :lol-sign: )

WOOT!

Urgh I have a Genetics test on Wednesday. I type up all the notes into word and its' 28 pages long! And this is the condensed version. CRAP! Got major studying to do tonight.

On the 19th I have a Microbiology and Biochemistry test on the same day. Problem is I'm still trying to catch up on my Micro flash cards (which will probably have to wait til Wednesday night because I'll be studying genetics) and then I have to actually study the **** things. That along with my biochemistry stuff too.

It's even more pressure because I'm making an A in Biochem and Microbiology but they're low As, 93 and 94. So I have to do freaking amazing to drag my grade up so that I have some kind of cushion for the cumulative finals.

Urgh.

Urgh, you guys with six weeks left are lucky... I only have four weeks left. =< Finals are coming... oh God... *can't breathe*
I was already taking Thursday off work to take care of a bunch of doctor/dentist/vet appointments, but I also took Friday off so I can have PLENTY of time to write the three papers I have due the following week. x____x

Oh yeah... and I have an exam in my Literary Masterworks test Thursday night, and I STILL haven't finished reading Pride and Prejudice! I still remember a lot of the plot from high school, but...

...gulp.

I'm going to go read now.
Somebody better kick my ass on Wednesday and ask me if I finished that darn book.
