The metal temporary crown I have is coming apart. The back of it is peeling off. They put in the metal one to replace the plastic one that broke like 36 hours after it was put in.

I'm so done with this tooth.

So TMI probably but woke up and my rear end is swollen up about the size of a baseball right on my tailbone.

I am in tears from pain every time I move or sit. It is the most painful thing I have ever felt in my life. So I am going to the doctor and I have a funny feeling they're going to have to send me to the ER. Fun....

And it's also not fun to try to explain to co-workers what is wrong. I don't even care that the doctor is going to have to see my butt. I just want painkillers. Lots of pain killers.

And yup. I was right...

Please give me good 'go away painful abscess' vibes? :( If it's not better in 48 hours they want to cut me open and drain it.

They put me on some serious antibiotics right now but the doc gave me a 50/50 on whether it would need to be cut open. Yuck.

And poor timing.

Ow ow ow OW. I can't even imagine. It was bad enough having whatever weird pinched nerve/whatever on my tailbone those two times a couple of months ago. I can't even imagine an abscess. OW.

It appears as though I'm going car shopping in the near future. Last year when we had the flooding in Colorado, the inside of the van got wet... It shut down and we had it towed to our insurance's recommended mechanic, who told us that in the three days it had been there before they even got a chance to look at it, it has dried out and was fine. The check engine light was on and they told us it was just a maintenance issue... Fat firsts a year and a grand or so trying to fix the problem, I finally let my dad's mechanic friend look at it, and the ECM, some cables, and many other parts are corroded from... You guessed it... Water damage.
Insurance is being cooperative and sent out an inspector to check it out, etc, but I love that van and what we were quoted to fix it is more than its worth. I just know they're going to total it, and without a job, nobody is going to approve me for an auto loan, so I'm going to be stuck buying some piece of garbage off of Craigslist that'll fall apart within a year, because the stupid auto place dropped the ball because they were so busy with all the flood stuff.
I'm so mad right now. :(

Thanks guys. Man I was in a horrible mood all day. I feel bad because I didn't want to explain what was wrong but on the other hand if people asked how I was I couldn't muster a convincing performance. I swear all I could think about at all was pain.

I think it's feeling better though and less inflamed. The antibiotic is making me super nauseous though. I also am taking a bunch of ibuprofen too so that could be why it feels better.

Will your insurance agent work with you on getting the van fixed? Our 1999 van was involved in an accident (a car ran a red light, hit another car and spun into us, where we were waiting to make a left turn) and since our van was so old and well over 100,000 miles, the insurance company wanted to total it. Talked to our agent and she worked with us to get it fixed. So, bottom line, the old girl is still going with over 234,000 miles now. Talk to your agent, it never hurts to explain the situation and see what they can do.

I have a sad. I didn't know things got switched bc crazy few days.

I woke up at 6am, baked 2 trays of cookies and packed a 10ft tunnel, 3 jumps, laminated rally signs, sign holders, cones, fitpaws peanut & paw pods.

Halfway there I found out. I'm still going to practice, but now we're alone & I'm sad.
I'm sorry! Next time we just need to meet at my house, but I don't have AC, so if we get too hot, we just have to pass out from heat exhaustion until it gets better.

Ugh my poor spine. First day back to school, carrying far too many textbooks (selling off old ones), and I can hear my back screaming at me. Back to the chiropractor as soon as I get paid :(

I didn't take Fred training again because I'm too tired :( I've missed tons recently, and it's all been legit, but I always feel guilty every time I cancel!!! Which is stupid really.

Went to observe a trainer last night. Was sorely disappointed. Prong collars are encouraged. Even a dachshund had one on. Its clicker training but the trainer yelled at dog and grabbed it by the collar often. No thanks.

I just want to find a trainer that fits us.

And now it's getting worse again. :(
(((hugs)))) I'm so sorry. I hope you start feeling better soon.

I would vent, but what it is, isn't really the right place. Let's just say it's considerably overwhelming .

I hear you.The desks aren't helping either. I carry a backpack half the size of me.:rofl1: I'm so short.

I'm a pretty easy person to get along with. I'm quiet, polite, not quick to anger, etc. I don't normally take issue with people, but...

... HOLY CRAP MY NEW COWORKER IS DRIVING ME INSANE.

I'm in charge of training her. She has no office experience. She isn't a big fan of work. She has next to no confidence in herself. And she has the world's most annoying habit of asking a question and as I start to answer her she tries to finish my sentence for me. Only... she doesn't know the answer to her question so she's finishing my sentences incorrectly.

At first I tried talking over her (not easy for someone quiet like me) so as not to interrupt my flow. Now I just shut up the moment she interrupts and won't start again until she's finished (incorrectly).

I really didn't think I'd ever be the type to have anything less than a professional and friendly relationship with a coworker. Whelp.

To help me chill, please tell me your stories of annoying coworkers. TIA!
