I haven't seen the ground since december. We haven't even had that much snow this, it's has just been really cold.
We haven't had this cold of a winter for 20+ plus years.
Thankfully,this weekend it's going to start to warm. We're going to see 40 degree weather next week. Which seems really warm, but it really isn't.

Came to work 1/2 hour early. Left 1/2 hour late. Got all my **** done. STILL got asked "you're leaving? WHY?"
Because I'm tired and it's a 45 minute drive home in traffic. Because I've spent more time in the bathroom crying today than I care to admit. Because if I'm going to spend the rest of the evening crying, I don't want to be in the bathroom at work - I want to be in bed, crying into Middie's fur. Because when I'm this depressed I don't even know why you'd think I can sell cars or interact normally with another human.
I'm going to bed now.

Stupid mailman. When I left for work this morning, I put the envelope with puppy deposit in our mailbox. Did the mailman take it?? No, he just left it there and put our mail on top of it. Why would he do that. Does it matter that the flag wasn't up... because I totally tried to put it up but it was frozen and I didn't think it was that important. But come on, mailman.
It makes absolutely no difference that it's going out tomorrow instead, but STILL it's just so dumb to me lol.

I will give the benefit of the doubt to a sketchy story at first, but at a certain point either 1. I can reliably predict each tired old plot twist 2. They think I'm oblivious and give up all pretense of trying not to be obvious... so yea, no.
