Kiwi doesn't do it to me. Also, I ****ing love kiwi.
Well darn it. Kiwi is amazing. I love it too much to let that stop me from eating it xD. Pineapple does the same thing to me, but I don't like pineapple anyway.

I'm don't have any reactions to any of the other fruit that was listed... But I am allergic to blueberries.

I'm very likely allergic to strawberries, bananas, pineapple, kiwi, and mango.

They make my mouth feel itchy, tingly, and hairy. I have always thought this was normal because of acids in fruits. Apparently they all contain latex and I'm allergic to latex.

That's like half of the list of fruit I like...
Those are the only fruits I'm actually fine with. :p Everything else and HIVES.

My mom is allergic to ALL fresh fruits. Name it, she's allergic to it. And the kicker is fresh fruit is supposed to be one of the few things she can eat to help with her fybromyalgia. Cruel irony.

I was being hit on majorly at Riverfest. Poor guy was nice enough, but there was a significant language barrier, and no way for me to easily communicate that I'm asexual and just...not interested. He would NOT stop asking me for my phone number, and WOULD. NOT. GO. AWAY. So...I gave him my old number that I no longer have :p

THIS IS THE LAST TIME I EVER ANSWER ANYONE WHEN THEY SAY "HOW ARE YOU DOING?" AS THEY WALK BY!

I'm not anywhere close to the riding ability that I want to be. I'm struggling with shoulder fore, half halts, and keeping impulsion/rhythm. It's getting really irritating, as these are things that I've done with ease in the past, and now they have become a big wall that is preventing me from moving forward. GUH.

They got my car back in at the shop and it's starting fine with no problems. No trouble codes at all. They don't know what to do or what to think.

I'm so frustrated and I just want to cry. I know it's NOT fine and if I take it back it will die on me again and leave me stranded who knows where. I had it back for a day and it sat in my driveway and WOULD NOT START. It's not okay.

I hate this.

On the subject of fruit: you guys don't by any chance think that the reactions people have have something to do with the pesticides they use? Does it? Or perhaps it's related to GMO?

Vent: STUPID ****ING LAWN MOWER quit on me AGAIN :wall: :wall: this is the 3rd mower of this brand that I have been through now! Forget it, I'm just gonna bite the bullet & buy another riding mower.

Beanie, your car is really clean. I think if you can get the issues fixed you need to dump the money into it.
Yes, IF I can get it fixed. People have had this same problem and dumped thousands into the car trying to fix it and all they have is a car that still won't start and several thousand less dollars.

I don't have several thousand dollars, let alone several thousand to just **** away.

Beanie, my husband just sold his car to CarMax for triple what we thought we could get for it, even with an engine light on and an error code indicating it might need an engine rehaul in a few weeks to months (something with the piston iirc). It wasn't worth the money we were putting into it for repairs and the money he got for it went straight into a down payment. Yea, we have a car payment now, but he also has a reliable ride he really likes. Totally worth it.

My husband is allergic to all fruits where you eat the skin. Apples, peaches, pears, etc. Also all melons. It makes his throat swell up and his mouth itch. If he eats too much, he has trouble breathing.

Turns out he's allergic to the pectin in the fruit (his dad is too). If he zaps the fruit in the microwave for a minute though, it's fine. Cooked/processed anything is good too.

It's weird.

Oh well. It means when I buy peaches during the summer they're alllllllll mine :D

That's me, too.

Although, I only have reactions to mango, pineapple and kiwi. :[
