The Today Show Puppy Mill Story

Woo hoo! On today's show they featured a story about the plight of puppy mills! They had video of the horrid conditions as well as a story about a female standard poodle who was used for breeding and the abuse she was subjected to. They talked about the puppies for sale in petstores and how they usually come from puppy mills and the health & other problems they can have. They had interviews where it was recommended to rescue instead of buying a cute puppy from a petstore.

The show did end on a nice note. The poodle who was featured found a new home with the reporter who did the story.

Joce ... I saw that segment too , and I think ( hope ) that they got so much flack that they did a follow up . The Designer segment was horrible !! I wrote CBS.
