so chewbecca, i really like these leads. i wanna get at least one, maybe two. you wanna give me some individual input? (so convenient i can ask directly!)

vince is a one year old boxer. i've used a 6-foot flat nylon leash since i got him, and it's been fine. it's one with the loop right up near the end so i've got really close to the collar control of him when i need it. i see you've got one really similar to this type. but i also like the slip leads - might be good for training. any recommendations? he's 63 pounds right now, not sure if that matters. oh, and he's got a brown leather collar for now, so a brown leash to match might be cool. thanks for the help and i can't wait to get a new lead! :)
ooooh, a one year old boxer! He's a BIG boy!:D
I think a lead with traffic handle would be perfect for you. The control leads are nice, but I have my own personal opinion about actually walking a dog around in one. But if he's really good on leash, I suppose it wouldn't matter :D
I have a new brown rope on its way

It's thicker than the "My Name is Mud" rope.
I'll probably be calling it "Penny Lane".

Me too. Mine should be here any day now :D :D

Oh, how are they with puppies, Rebecca?
I would recommend brass hardware for puppies. But if you get a light enough snap, it should be fine. But then again, it'll depend on the size of the puppy.

Okay, thanks! :) It'd be a Border Collie pup. So I'm assuming around 8-ish pounds.

I want that 15' My Name is Mud lead sooo bad. It would be perfect for Max when we're on trails or at an offlead park. That way he can roam around but we'd still have control of him if something happens.

At the moment I'm broke because I got myself a new iPod :( But when I have some money I'll hopefully get one!

Ditto on the broke-ness. All my Christmas money went to collars so I am broke again. (Thank god I only spend crazily when it comes to my pets.... if I was like that with stuff for me I'd have a real money problem.) However, my mother was SO impressed with the quality of the orange lead that she told me to buy more and it was all on her. Maybe you can do something like that with your parents?

I wish it worked like that, but my mom thinks it would be ridiculous to spend that much money on a lead when ours is "perfectly good". Its an old leather thing we've had since we first got Max-- 11 years ago :lol-sign:

Show her pictures...? Once my parents got their hands on them they wanted more.... my dad's a sucker for good craftsmanship, and the orange one matches my mom's favorite scarf.. and she loves how strong it is.... they loved them.

Thanks, guys!!!

I updated the customer gallery today
http://ellaslead.com/ella_s_lead_ing__customers_

If you don't see your dog on there, please forgive me, I uploaded all the pics I had.
If your dog is not added, please send me a pic of your dog with his/her Ella's Lead and I'll get your dog added to the customer gallery. Thanks!

I'm going to try to stay on top of things, but if for some reason I don't keep it updated, it not from lack of wanting to, I am starting school tomorrow and my schedule is going to be QUITE busy.

So...if I disappear for a while, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth, I just got busy with school and home.
Orders will stay make it out on time. No worries there.
