I don't think it will be The Office without him. He sort of makes the show. I mean, you would almost have to go in a completely different direction as far as the kind of boss and office dynamics would be involved in order to not make it feel lame or stale... and then, well, again, it won't really be The Office...

I think it's been kind of weird recently (all of the big changes), but still my favorite comedy show ever.

Wonder if they are approaching Ricky Gervais?

Honestly? As much as I love The Office (it's one of my favourite shows), I think it has run it's course. I don't think it should try to continue without Steve Carell, and he's got the right idea.

This. I love love love The Office, but I think it's time to wrap it up. I hope they don't try to continue it without him as Michael.
