I was wondering if anyone has experience with these foods? They're powdered, dehydrated raw food, and I just found them the other day at my local food supplier when I went in for the normal dry food. I got two sample packs, one was "Thrive," one was "Embark." We tried the Embark sample tonight with my extremely finicky Min Pin, and he ate it like it was prime rib (the sample wasn't enough for a full meal, so I mixed some Solid Gold BATM in with it, which he normally only picks at, but he ate the kibble and all, and in less than 5 minutes.)

Looking at the label, it seems as though this food should be good stuff, but, looking at the price, it's definitely not going to be a food for every meal, as it's around $30 for a 4 lb box. My thoughts are to use it just for this one particular dog, who tends to undereat, and to keep mixing it with his BATM, or EVO, or Instinct, especially when I don't have time to mix in real meat with the kibble.

I guess what I'm looking for is if anyone has anything bad to say about the food, and if they do, I'd really like to hear it. I know the label looks good, but I trust personal experience more than I'll ever trust a label.

Thanks,
Tim

I don't see why it would. Two of my dogs are fed EVO and another is raw fed (though he has allergies, so he no longer gets the HK) but the other two love it and it's excellent , so I have no problems feeding it. I know we couldn't afford to feed it exclusively though, whoowee, pricey stuff! :p
