They can be pretty awesome :) I haven't gotten the final bill yet, but I think Nog's neuter was $20 or something like that.
Agreed. Tango's amputation was around $150 (full price would have been $800+). his neuter was I think $60ish (with bloodwork and fluids!).

I want to quit the vet clinic soooo badly, and then I think of the discounts, and can't bring myself to do it.

My poor bunny fell head first off his house and onto the tile floor.
 Fortunatly he is fine. Fine enough to jump onto the desk from my lap and spill a cup of water.

It's definitely nice if your pets get sick often. For the most part mine don't really ever need to go in, but more than likely I wouldn't have taken on a dog like Happy without it!

And I'm finally getting my haircut today! I'm only about.... a month overdue... :p

AMC has been called, all is well there. All the typical things we assumed. Regular international standards for shipping, he just needs to be able to get up, turn around, etc. So that's done.

I've managed to get some cleaning done, including sheets and comforter washed.

Kennel was successfully picked up and on it's way back to where it came from. I'll order another one later on, and ship it ahead of us. All's well there, too, with BIL/SIL and arrangements.

Now we just have to figure out TMO, carpet cleaning, and who we are visiting on our trip through Denver, Memphis, and Baltimore.

I like it when things get done.

There will be NOT A BABY shepherd pictures in less than a month! I can't even explain how happy I am to be able to see Ruca again!

Bailey turned 13 today! She had a GREAT day at home while I was at school... I hope she's moderately okay while I'm at work. I got a few pictures of the dogs wearing their winter gear... I need to look at them later, but I hope they turned out.

And, I'm doing a home check for a prospective GSD home. DOGS finding homes, hooray!

Today was our first day back at co op for second session and OH how I missed those ladies lol. We were by far the loudest table in the moms room with our crazy stories and hysterical laughter.

Gwen has been really antsy lately and has been bugging me all day long. So I grabbed the Kong and stuffed it with some new treats she got in her BarkBox. (First BarkBox and it was so much fun!) And she actually tried to get the treats out of the Kong! She spent a good half hour working at it. I need to get some more treats (or whatever is good to stuff in Kongs?) because this is AWESOME.

I also talked to my mom about moving with her and we might get to move IN with my family! This doesn't sound great but I miss my mom a lot. We didn't talk much after I left the house at 16 and with my Nanny recently passing, I haven't had a lot of motherly guidance. It would be so awesome for us to all live in the same town. And the only way I would get to see them before NEXT summer is to with them THIS summer. I hope, hope, hope it works out. My boyfriend is sick of living by my father :/

Trying to focus on the positives lately :)

Even though I forgot to ask what kind of car, I managed to successfully pick Tyra up today and make it home safely with her! Everyone's settled in.

Went out and bought me The Happy Book that Fran was talking about in the anxiety thread and I bought me a keepsake box. Its black, white, and hot pink with paisley like designs on it.
Its just the little stuff that makes me smile sometimes.

Decided on a guy to re-do my hardwood floors. He's coming next week.

I don't even know if I should really call this good news because that is so much money that I will no longer have anymore. :yikes: But it won't be much cheaper to do it ourselves, one less thing to do ourselves... and that much sooner I can get into my house.

As long as I don't go under.

May have spent more than I wanted, but the explorer now has a working gas gauge and no thump thump from the transmission every time it stops!

If I can just squeeze a couple more years out of it. Feels like driving a new car now lol!
