The dog I took photos of died

Over 3 weeks ago we where at the dog park.
I always take pictures of both my dog and other
dogs (the photographer in me)

A nice couple there had a young puppy I had taken
some goods shots of, then mentioned how they wished
they had brought there camera, so I offered to email
them the photos.

It took me 3 weeks to transfer the photos on my camera
and send them out. I thought about not sending them
because I was so late, but decided to anyway.

He writes me thanking me so much for the photos and that
they are all the more special because his daughter was with
the dog in their yard when another dog got through the fence
and killed this poor puppy

It is terrible, but it really teaches me not to take any day with
Charlie for granted, you never know...
