Man in scenario:

Man: Oh no! I just spilled coffee all over her cone ( e-collar for reference) *sits there*

Woman: Well clean it up!

Man: Well, give me a minute. *ponders the situation further*

Woman in scenario:

Woman: Oh no! I just spilled coffee all over her cone *gets up and runs to get a towel*

Man: Huh?

Woman: Never mind, already been dealt with. :rolleyes:

Sheesh! :lol-sign::rofl1:

lol ... the scenario is opposite in our house. LOL Brian is often amazed by the effort I put into being lazy :D so he would be up and have a cloth and I would still be humming and haaing about getting up hahaha.

Hey now, it takes a lot of time to ponder the optimal way to approach the disaster that has just occurred. There are a lot of variables to take into account, such as stainability of the material beneath the dog, the location on the e-collar it was spilt, whether the dog can reach said location with her tongue, the slope of the e-collar at that point and to decide whether it would be more effective to sacrifice the shirt (another thing to ponder as it might be a good shirt, or a vintage ZZTop shirt) or run and get a towel. By the time you got the towel, the offending liquid may have already run down the side and onto the previously said material where as just kneeling down and putting your shirt in the way would stem the tide and save said material.

It's a very stressful situation. There are factors to be considered. You can't just run willy-nilly and hither and yon with towels. That'd be sheer chaos.

Ok, first of all, it was well after noon when His Laziness got up today and he was very much alert without his coffee. :rolleyes: Men and their excuses.

And? You're just slow on the action part.. that's all... hence, the difference between man and woman. ;) Love you.

I'm with GO.... you can't just approach a situation and do what ever comes to mind first. You need to think about what would be the best course of action to take given the situation.
