I am a friend of the former member, Dreyfus_Fang, who attented Vet School. She died last month after being killed by two stray dogs of unknown breed. One dog was captured and euthanized, the other escaped. I thought you all deserved to know she's gone, and if you didn't know...

Dreyfus was a great person who rescued over one hundred dogs from a dog hoarder's home. The story made news headlines. She died 3 days after her birthday, just turning 23. Please keep her in your thoughts.

That's just horrible...so sad. Do you have any news links about this? Where did it happen?

Dreyfus' loss is a great one - on many levels and I'm sure to many people - and animals, and in such a horrific way for someone who is so devoted to animals.

There really aren't adequate words to express my sympathy for you and her family and all of her friends - and I'm sure there are many, and I thank you for telling us.

When you feel like it, we'd love to hear more about Dreyfus' life and some of the stories about some of the adventures you have shared with her.

As would I. >[ I found this out three weeks after she died, and her parents refuse to speak to me because my parents and Dreyfus' parents dont get along.

So young May she rest in peace and maybe reunited with the euthanized dog to give him a kick in the butt...okay, it's too soon to joke But really, I'm sure she will missed by many and she definately left her mark on many doggy lives

OMG I think I heard about a women being killed by two dogs while jogging or something. Was that her? I feel so bad for you and her family. (HUGS)* Im sad that I never met her. What an angel she is too...resucing so many dogs! She is what you call an angel sent from heaven. Rest her soul.
