That is a classic camera! My dad used to have one, such a great all manual camera. I love digital but there's still something to be said for 35mm slides.

Cannon G9 . . . its what I believe is now called an "advanced" compact camera. So far, I've concluded its a fantastic little thing . . . but not as good as the SLRs for taking action shots . . . physics does not bend to technology! Still, its a great little camera . . . I figure if I actually go out and take enough pictures . . . then I'll upgrade to one of the mid range EOS cameras.
