Tattoos you WANT to get

I'm planning on getting (though I really just don't have the time to do it, otherwise it would be done) a quote "Lead my thoughts unto sensation" going along my spine.


If I ever get another one, it will probably be a bear paw print. Bears symbolize a lot of cool stuff in native american culture, strength, bravery, overcoming a hardship, curiosity, being a good mother, and being open to learning about other cultures.

Wish I could get my Mario 3 half sleeve done but the artist is back in Michigan and I moved before finishing it

I have plans for 3 tattoos across my lower back. I want Damien to draw me a picture when he is 2, 4, and 6 and put them across my back. I'm thinking maybe a dinosaur or something.

I also want something else for Damien but haven't thought of what. We share a birthday so something with that. The date is April 8th but I can;t think of anything to get.

I've also thought of getting something for my dog Mason who died in 2007. Maybe a cartoon version of him. I don't know

I have LOTS of song lyrics on me, and if I do become a lawyer, I want this by Tool "liar, lawyer, mirror show me, what's the difference?" it's a reminder that I did not go to law school to become a greedy lawyer like people like to think of when they think "lawyer".

I have two magenta paw prints on my right hip.

I want to get something to represent my dogs... maybe little cartoony drawings of each of them like these on my lower back... or even just a singular chi.

When they die, I want to get each of their paw prints shrunk down, and colored in "their" colors, and have some of their cremated ashes put into them.

I'm not sure I'll ever get a tatoo, but I have considered a text one.

If I get the text one, it will likely be on my wrist(underside) and it will be a poem about the old man with his name and bday plus death date(not that I want that to happen any time soon... but I know it will one day).

So many people think I'll regret them, but I never will. All have a reason and relate to part of my life. From a person who impacted it greatly to a music or game phase I went through. All majors in my life.

I want a portrait of Millie done. I definitely will be careful when I choose an artist, though. I've seen too many bad tattoos and portraits that look nothing like the picture they're based on.

I almost went and got a tattoo last year, but I want to think about it more. I know what I want, but I have to think about where, how I'll be able to cover it up, and how it may affect my future jobs. Maybe I'm over-thinking it, but I don't want to have a gigantic tattoo I have to wear long sleeves all the time to cover, or get fired from a job for it being conspicuous.

The other one I want is a lotus flower. The lotus has great personal meaning to me.
