Today I took my girls out to swim (well, it wasn't deep enough for Tango do do any actual swimming, but she enjoyed it anyway) and of course took some pictures. Dance enjoyed it for the most part but she was getting annoyed because she kept splashing water in her eyes. I'm sure she'll have more fun once she learns how to swim properly though! Anyway, here are the pictures:

A few more...

And these are from yesterday in Tango's pool:

That's all! Hope you enjoyed them.

They are so cute together! I love the one of Dancer with her front feet up on the side of the pool, and the one of the two of them lying down together.

great pics--they are beautiful dogs. Question--will Dance's nose stay red, or turn black like Tango's ?

Awww, I loved them! Tango and Dance are both gorgeous. Dance is such a charming little pup. She's adorable. How is Dance settling in? Is Tango okay with everything? Judging from the pictures they look like they're getting along well.

I looooove your girls! Tango is one of my favorites on here, and Dance is such a pretty little puppy! I love Tollers... they are a breed that we are considering for our next dog :D

Thanks everyone! :)

Baxter'smybaby, her nose will stay that colour. Tango isn't purebred, so she ended up getting the black pigment (and some black hair) from her Border Collie side. Tollers can have black pigment too, but their nose rarely stays black as they age and I much prefer the light pigmented Tollers (like Dance).

Momof2Pups, Dance settling in great. She was fine the very next day we brought her home, and has acted like she's been here forever ever since. Tango secretly loves her, but certainly wouldn't tell anyone that! She does get annoyed with her sometimes, but overall, she seems to be enjoying her. When the other dogs get a bit too rough when playing with Dance, Tango plays referee and stops it all. She watches her very closely and anytime she thinks that she (Dance) might be getting into some trouble, she tries to stop her from doing it.

Sizzle, Winston doesn't like the pool at all. He stays as far away from water as possible. He thinks it's out to get him, lol.

Thanks. :)

It's an inflatable pool like this one. Ours isn't that big but otherwise it's the same one.

It's usually a lot deeper than the pictures show but we didn't have it filled all the way.

Okay, we have the 18ft one like that. I've been thinking about getting the smaller one her Lizzie. Does the side hold up with the dog's nails?

I keep my dogs' nails pretty short so it holds up well (they actually needed to have them trimmed yesterday so I was a it worried about the pool, but they didn't scratch it or anything), and Tango knows not to jump enthusiastically onto the outer ring. The ring is really the only part you have to worry about and as long as she knows not to jump up on it too much and you keep her nails short, I'm sure it'd be fine. Tango's been using ours for a few years now and it's never gotten a hole.
