Sudden loss of interest in toys?

For the past week or so, Cali hasn't been that interested in any of her toys... not even her little tennis balls, which is weird because up until recently, she'd go crazy whenever I brought one out to play fetch. It's frustrating because it snowed at least twelve inches last night and it's still snowing so a walk is out of the question, so I'm struggling to find a way to tire her out. Not to mention the fact that she'll get bored and start trying to chew her ear fringe after I've spent the last while trying to get her interested.

She has maybe twenty or so toys and I've tried just about all of them. I would take her outside to play fetch, since usually she'll chase after it if we're in the yard, but the snow is way over her head.

I'm just wondering if anyone has had a problem like this before and if there's something I can do to fix it. Playing indoors is mainly the problem, as she enjoys playing fetch while we're outside.

Have you checked her mouth and spine to be sure nothing's hurting?

I'll try checking her mouth today, but she hasn't shown any hesitation towards eating lately and was just chewing on a nylabone yesterday. I'll also check her spine, although she's been happy about going on walks and is as energetic as usual. It's about time for her annual exam at the vet so hopefully she'd be able to rule out any pain issue.

It's just so frustrating, and kind of upsetting, I'll admit.

I would assume she's not feeling well or is hurting somewhere. When Mia stops chasing her tennis balls I know she's not feeling well.

That said sometimes you can inadvertently squelch drive in specific areas or maybe the distractions are too high in that place for her to engage. I have that problem now with he agility field. Food and getting to do agility is much more exciting than ball... So we're having to build up that drive in that setting even though she's nuts for the ball at home.
