In a jury trial, does the victim always get a subpoena? Im the victim of domestic violence. I was assaulted last month and the witness got one but I have not yet. Not sure why. Anyone know?

It's not a necessity, but some do issue a subpoena to the victim to ensure they show up in court to testify. Call the DA's office and ask them
