Does anyone have a dog whose eyes water when they're stressed? Like after a rough training session? A correction? An uncomfortable situation? High excitement? etc.

YES!!!! Enda's weep terrible just going out places, I have a rag I carry around the outside of the show ring to wipe to goobers out of the corners of her eyes before we go in. Usually if it's just a casual visit to the conformation ring it's just a little goop that keeps building, but they leak quite a bit when she's stressed, to the point where down either side of her face is a wet river. After noticing the goop enough times when we would go to show I just pinned it down to nervousness, and if something happened that made her otherwise noticeably uncomfortable is when I started to see her eye actually run, so I do believe that that is one of the signs of stress in a dog, runny eyes.

Also her eyes run quite a bit just around the house on really hot days after she's been worked or playing, again a form of "stress", although she's happy and satisfied her body was stressed.

Argon's eyes run when he's stressed out. His issue is overexcitement, usually involving the neighbors poorly monintered dog.

Bailey's do, one more than the other. They turn pink when he's stressed or overtired, and get more red and then start to run if he gets more stressy.

His eyes are also where his environmental allergies present.

Poor guy has a lot of issues....

Molly's eyes water a little and the rims turn red with pretty much the slightest stress. If she is really stressed, her lips, gums, and the end of her muzzle, right behind her dark grey nose leather, also turn bright red almost like she has lipstick on.. King is pretty much a "no-show" when it comes to showing stress. There's no color change at all, he tends to get buggy eyes and he pants where he normally doesn't pant much at all.
