Because we need a HAPPY story on here for Christmas! Kapone accidentally got loose one day and was picked up by an ACO from Memphis Animal Services who subsequently stole him instead of actually looking around the neighborhood for his owners or anything like that. This ACO is being dragged through court as we speak.
Kapone was finally reunited with his family. A great Christmas present for them!
