Has anybody been watching the Star Jones farewell tour? I think she is just trying to get attention. I believed her on Larry King but she is on every show now saying how she got fired. why didnt she just do one interview and move on. Who do you think should take her place?

I never liked her. I loved watching Joy and her argue all the time. I only regret is that I wont be able to see the cat fight between her and Rosie.

I personally liked her better when she was unmarried and over weight ! I think others on " The View " have handled it very well. I feel that soon Barbara will have had enough of the whole thing.

I don't like her very much either. Never understood why she was on TV or was any kind of celebrity.
I would like to see Deborah Roberts from 20/20 replace her.

If you go back and look though, Barbara Walters is the one who lied - and is now trying to lay it off on Star Jones . . . So far, Elizabeth seems to be the only one of the other three who has shown any real sense of decency about the whole thing.

To tell the truth, I look for Rosie O'Donnell to essentially dismantle the show and see it turn into just another incarnation of her old show. It wouldn't surprise me for it to be confirmed at some point that the only way she would agree to take the show was if Star Jones were fired.

I appreciated Star Jones' intellect and her emotional openess and her courage in her convictions and her willingness to present reasons for her viewpoints and listen to others' reasons for theirs. All qualities sorely lacking in Rosie O'Donnell. Her philosophy in the last several years seems to be "it doesn't matter if you're right, as long as you're loud."

I agree with all this 100%.....I don't really see the show taking off once Rosie comes on. At least I won't be watching it.
