They said "Oh, herding breeds are go-go-go ALL THE TIME."

Well, we currently own five... all of which are 5 and younger. In their prime years.

And well.. currently, they're all laying around me on my bed. Psyche's laying against my hip (of course, closest to momma) and Tinky's between my feet, Rhyme's on the right, Zoey's on the left, and Morrie's beside Zoey.

:p It's a good thing I don't always believe everything I hear!

LOL I hear you - I always laugh when people don't believe me that Kes is chill at home. He's an absolute nut in agility class, and pretty "up" in schutzhund, but at home he can be a couch potato. He's ready to go at all times, but that off switch is faaaabulous!

Aeri's breeder already had her started on an off switch before I got her which is paying off in spades now - she took a 2.5h nap this evening on her own accord (after 3 hours playing non-stop lol) and when I expressed concern, DH was like - well she's been busy allll afternoon. I hadn't even noticed the busy to be honest. ;)

Can someone tell Quinn please? She just settled to gnaw on her plank of wood but for the last 20 minutes she's been tearing around like a mad thing, jumping on us and giving Buster "snap at me, I DARE you" eyes to try to get him to play.

The other two are curled up on a blanket asleep. lol.

Bring on BC maturity.
