our puppy is 1yr old, is a bit of a spit fire LOL . mostly ds takes her for her walks and jaunts to the park. Last night we all went for a long walk, we decided to go to the ice cream stand. There where 4 kids out front, we walked up, I said " be a good girl , sit and you can have a Ice cream" . of course she didnt understand any of the sentence but sit and good girl.:lol-sign: not once did she go and try and play with those kids, (shes a jumper which we are trying to get her OUT of). Thankfully the kids didnt swarm all over her.

so in the end she got her small cup of vanilla, we went to the park, still being such a good girl.

Although , we did see such a pretty black lab, they wanted their dog to say hi to her, he looked older, she sniffed him, this was maybe 30 seconds. I said good bye and "come" and the hair was standing up on the back of her neck, is this bad? is this normal for dogs? See im still a new puppy mom.

Good puppy for obeying your commands.

The hair standing up means she was a little nervous. My dog does that upon meeting other dogs sometimes. Maybe you should try to set up some play dates with some nice dogs so that your pup can become more comfortable with other dogs.
