Honestly, I think it's INSANE to continue arguing over this.
The dog was about to die, he was ill, covered in his own waste.
Suzzie pulled him, on the verge of death.
She gave him MUCH MORE than anyone else has given that poor boy in probably all of his life... a second chance, and care, and love. Albeit for a few days, that is still much more than anyone else gave this dog.
She didn't dump him randomly - he is now in a LOVING HOME!
End of story. Why does the original post even matter? She was trying to vent frustration, and had doubts about her fitness to care for the dog for much longer. Did she dump the dog on the streets? Did she take him in to be euthanized? No. She was voicing concerns. Whoopideedoo! And, yanno, maybe some of you believe that it was merely "luck" that drew this dog to Suzzie's parents... but you don't know that. For all any of us know, it was meant to be. : ) I think we should be happy for Suzzie and Bentley and his new parents, and stop chastising and acting holier-than-thou, pls.
