I have a six month havanese and even if he is dead tired he dosnt sleep unless he is confined or tied on a leash. I have tried not confining or putting him on a leash when he is tired but he just sits and wont lie down. Is that normal ? What should i do about it ?
Well, if he has a crate that he feels comfortable sleeping in, then I dont' see much of a problem. Dogs have a denning instinct. Your dog will sleep when it gets tired, trust me.
