Aaron says he had spoken with him that evening..about getting together but Aaron couldn't go. He said he doesn't know why his friend was going so fast, he said it was estimated he was going 35 mph. The area where he died has serious hills..straight for a long way and straight down as well. Another young man (i used to live in the appts right about that address.) went down the hill on a motorcyle they said about 100 mph when he wiped out. It was bad.
Motorcycle clubs race up and down all night long around there because of the hills. They would go by my window..none with mufflers ...and then about 20 minutes later return all night long. I lost so much sleep. I think i know why he was going so fast.

I am so sorry Smkie, for you and Aaron of course the family. It is so hard to understand why things like this have to happen. So young . .

I just read his obit in the Kansas City paper. A fine young man. I'm so glad he wasn't an only son.
