OMG my mom got Walker a stuffed christmas tree toy for christmas that plays O CHristmas Tree. If i hear that song one more time the creator of it will die a painful death after being locked in a room with Walker and the toy for a day. It is now Walkers favorite toy of course.

I feel your pain. My friend removed that little mechanical tidbit from one of those musical Christmas cards and taped it to his chest. So I got to enjoy an ear shatteringly high-pitched, poor quality "Jingle Bells" all evening and night long. Non stop.
Burn all sounds that you can't shut off.

Fozzie has a round sheep thing that shakes violently & sings "baa baa black sheep" in a really annoying, crazy frog sounding voice. Not only that, but he jumps around it and growls at it. :< I always try to hide it in the toybox, but he digs it out every day. Atleast it makes him happy, though!

My dogs have one of those stupid frogs and gorillas that make croaking and monkey sounds. I stupidly bought them thinking they were cute and the dogs would enjoy them. It's a wonderful thing when you wake up in the middle of the night to a stupid frog croaking near your head, because your dog just had to have his stuffy with him...lol...I jumped for joy the day that thing croaked...lol...no pun intended

I normally desqueak any toys that I get. Otherwise they sit in front of me and squeak until I wanna blow the freaking toy up...hehe...I never though about performing surgery on the stuffies though...hmm...might have to start doing that...lol

Hehe, I got my three this toy as well. I love them because they love them. The more annoying, the better. I've learned to tune out the sounds of toys because I am so used to them. It doesn't bother me anymore. ;)

They also have one tha sings Merry Christmas and Jingle Bells.

imagine the look on my face when a friend bought Maddie a stuffed horse that neighs Christmas songs  I thought I was going to die :lol-sign:

If squeakers annoy me to bad, I'll poke a whole in them with a thick needle so they can't squeak anymore. How do I make the horse stop? Putting it on the shelf

Bronkie had a rooster. One day i thought i am going to lose my mind if that rooster doesn't stop it. Then i looked at how happy he was with his crowing bird and i upped my tolerance. I am glad i did now. I still have the rooster but i don't have bronki anymore.:( He really loved it so.

omg hahahhaha...how annoying!!!

That reminds me...i got one of those singly bday cards awhile ago, and it malfuntioned, and would NOT shut off, unless pressure was being put on it. So we stashed it in the attic (i save all my cards, lol) and but some crap on top of it to turn it off. A few days later....we hear "happy birthday" coming from the attic, LOL It was kinda creepy.

Needless to say, we shredded that thing and threw it out

Well, my dear, sweet(?) Roxy bought our girls a plush baseball bat with the SanDiego Padres logo on it, and when bitten it yells "Let's go Padres Ruff ruff ruff ruff ruff!" It was the most annoying sound in the world, like a coal chissel in my spine!!

Of course it became Dakota's most favorite toy in the universe. Fortunately she has very powerful jaws and doesn't know her own strength. For the first time in her life I was actually DYING for her to destroy that toy. She jumped up on the bed with us and was gleefully chomping on the toy as it serinaded us with that raspy baseball cheer.

Just as I was entertaining thoughts of shooting myself through the skull I heard the most wonderful sound in the world. The loud crack of breaking plastic as Dakota's strong GSD jaws finally crushed the sound unit deep inside the toy. Ahhhhh.... sweet relife.

Speaking of Christmas Ducks, Tosca's latest blog entry discusses her latest Christmas Duck, which she loves so much, she even wrote a song about it, sung to ...the tune of....O Christmas Tree....and entitled...what else.....O Christmas Duck.

If you guys think you've got it bad, try having a dog that ONLY likes Ducks. That's right. If it doesn't quack she's not in love with it at 3 AM. The worst offender of the lot is the one that quacks 12 times with every press. Try sleeping through that. And the little snot has figured out that if she quacks it out of my reach at night, she has a better chance of continuing on with the fun till dawn.

(Sung To the Tune of O Christmas Tree)

O Christmas Duck!
O Christmas Duck!
I really love my Christmas Duck!

I quack him here,
I quack him there.
I quack him pretty much everywhere.

O Christmas Duck!
O Christmas Duck!
You really are a stroke of luck!

I quack him hard,
I quack him light,
I keep my Mommy up at night...

O Christmas Duck!
O Christmasssssssss Duckkkkkkkkk!
I really LOVE my Christmas Duck!

Signed,
Finally Insane
