Has anyone seen a video of a sighthound running against a "normal" dog?

Its not normal in coursing events, and it looks like they don't get up to top speed at most dog parks.

They don't get anywhere near top speed at a dog park. For starters, most dog parks are too small for them to hit and maintain top speed. For another, they quickly learn that if they don't play down to the other dogs pretty soon no one will play with them. Kili learned as a puppy to stay JUST out of reach in order to keep other dogs motivated to chase her. She'd let them get just within reach and then she'd pull away and taunt them to come chase her again.

Only way to see a greyhound get to top speed is to either run two greyhounds together in a large enough space, or go watch lure coursing/straight racing. But you won't see a sighthound run with a non-sighthound at lure events because the lure and sighthound would soon be too far ahead to bother chasing. I don't think they even typically run different breeds of sighthound together at lure events, though I could be wrong since I don't course my greyhounds.
