I noticed Delia sometimes has trouble seeing things that are motionless. For instance when we are playing fetch she sometimes will have trouble finding the ball once it stops moving even if it is right under her nose. At the same time she has no problem catching that ball in mid-air.
This also happens when we are walking and I'll spot a cat or squirel standing still and Delia won't see it at all even if it is within her gaze.
The thing is that if something is moving she can spot it really far off and she has no trouble seeing really small things like bugs as long as they are moving - she's a champion fly catcher.
Is this normal? I've heard conflicting items about dog color blindness, but it would kind of make sense for something like this.
