It's clear that you don't mind offending people, but I feel it's important to point out that you are spewing opinions in this post, and not facts. I also feel that to compare all non-Christian religions to terrorists is just plain ignorance.

I'm Mormon, and several others are on this board, too. I fail to see how any of the following falsehoods have to do with political office, but I feel the need to point them out as inaccurate anyway:

They do not carry a Bible. I reference from my Bible.

This may be true of the Mormons you have met, but it certainly was not true of me when I was a missionary, or of any of the missionaries I knew. I carried my bible everywhere and knew it better than 98% of the people I spoke with. Incidentally, this is still true.

I forget where I read the making of the Lamanites (Native Americans) and Nephites, I know I questioned the Mormons that come here a number of times and they said the same thing over and over what I posted earlier .... gezzzzzzz now I'm gonna spend the rest of the night reading about Mormons.

No thank you. There are plenty of legitimate places to go for information and I choose not to hijack this thread with religious debate.

I'm not offended. In general, religion and politics are topics that I avoid discussing with strangers. I just figured this thread was in some way related to Romney being a Mormon and I decided to come in and correct any misconceptions that were being bandied about.

As far as politics go, I think it interesting that everyone was freaking out about JFK being a Catholic when he ran against Nixon. I guess I had hoped he put the debate to rest, but I guess not.

JFK on separation of church and state.

I really think that MelissaCato's personal stand on presidency and politics is more popular in the US than any of us want to believe. I stand with Kennedy -- freedom of religion means that an act against any one church is an act against all.

Kennedy had most likely refused to work for the New World Order that is symbolised by Revelation 21:1-27 (the New Jerusalem). According to the New World Order, continents are supposed to be destroyed and the New World ruled from a high mountain in New Jerusalem (Mount Vernon in Washington, Mount Zion in Jerusalem and Mount London in England. a Trinity that is one under a single Crown and King. :yikes: )

The voice transcripts of the peace deal was recorded in the oval office between JFK and Russia in real time .. when JFK was killed everything was lost mysteriously .... Russia sent their transcripts in real time they recorded to the JFK Library many years later but only translated a few years ago.
