hey everyone im not new here, i just lost my password 
anyway let me re introduce my self my name is gleri, i have a shih tzu who turned 1 last week. hes about 10lbs and the best thing i could ever ask for. Recently milos been doing this weird thing with his butt, he kind of keeps lifting his butt up when i pet his lower back near his tail and sometimes to sit down he bops his butt up and down and finally sits. there are no forms of discomfort what so ever. no pain, no crying , no yelping and def. no growling but im just a little worried. is there something wrong should i take him to the vet? his legs are perfect he jumps around everywhere.. .oh and also when he pees he usually goes around in circles but falls as if he was chasing his tail? i guess its the playful age but yeah, help me out i would greatly appreciate all the replys.
