I just finished updating a website I do for a shiba breeder - I put the puppy photos on it, and they're SO cute that I thought others might want to see them.

http://www.midnightsunshibas.com/puppyphotos.html

What is especially impressive about these breeders is that they are proving form AND function in their dogs. Both have championships, but they also are working both in agility and obedience, with the goal to put a versatility dog title on each.

Anyway, enjoy the puppy photos. Some of them are so sweet, especially the one where the puppy is sleeping on the dam's muzzle, and the two puppies "kissing".

Awww! So cute!

I couldn't resist. Had to take a peak at the rest of the website. You did a REALLY good job with it! :D And I LOVE that they are so active in other things just besides conformation. :)

Great job with the website!

I've fallen in love with Shibas after a Shiba puppy came to play at my old job...she was the fiestiest little bundle of fluff!

Thanks, everyone. I just loved these photos. The "Mom" has a great knack for taking pictures (if you look through the site you'll see that) and she absolutely adores her dogs. She just sent me a few more last night of some of the pups posing in an old log in the woods - very scenic, great background to set off the puppies.

These pups have all been spoken for, so I wasn't posting trying to get sales for them .. just thought the photos were too cute to keep to myself!

I first met Tsunami (the sire of the pups) when the Johnsons brought him to me to assess for a class. He was probably 8-9 months old and was a WILD THING! *LOL* Full of energy and grumbling noises, very pushy in his play and even my shepherd walked away from him and said "no thanks, don't want to deal with it!". But they were so excellent in dedicating time and work into this dog, and he now carries two agility titles, his novice rally title, and is certified as a therapy dog. Oh, and he has his championship and even took a best in show once. So they're really trying to produce well-rounded dogs that are capable of doing a lot of things.

And thanks for the comments on the site. I try to always keep things to the specifications of the site owner, but also keep it well-balanced and easily navigated. And graphics should be quick to load even for those on dial-up .. people who have to wait for graphics to load often leave the site without waiting (I do that at times .. I'm on a slow dial-up and huge file size photos are a pain in the butt).

I expect I'll be adding more photos in the next week or so.
