I think this is the first image I posted of Nikki here. I think it's the first picture I got of her too. I was so very excited to see a kennel in the middle of the floor after coming home from an Accounting class that prevented me from going with my parents to see the German Shepherd that a coworker was giving away, and she was so very excited to see some strange dude wanting to give her attention:

This is her now, just chilling. I never notice the brown except in pictures.

And a video of her swimming in the water from the summer. The beginning splash is her jumping in from the side. Wish she wouldn't swallow so much water snapping at the water she kicks up but not entirely sure how to get her to stop.

She is indeed a very pretty puppy. And she's still quite the puppy in many ways. She's recently discovered her tail at a year and three months of age.
