Not totally - but she DID take Winners Bitch/Best of Opposite today for another point. I think the judge would have put her up for Breed, but when she started talking to the handler on the special (asking how her kids were doing, etc.) I knew I was only getting Best Op. The judge DID pull me aside though and tell me how nice Kaylee is, asked how she did yesterday, asked how old she was, etc.

WHEEEE!!!!!

Sort of, Renee... but the way I look at it, I already got what I needed - losing to the special wasn't going to take away the point, so Breed would have just been icing on the cake. :)

This might be a silly question.. but dont you automatically get that picture? that showdog picture with you, kaylee, what she won, that picture you always see on breeders website

like this..


and do you get a ribbon? :)

Nope - you have to get (and pay for, UGH!) that photo. And they're horrible overpriced, like $28 per photo. *grumble grumble*

The photo is taken at the show, then mailed to you at a later date.

And yes, she got ribbons... a blue one for wining her class, a purple one for taking WB.... a purple and gold one for breed, and a red and white one for Best Opp. :)
