What shampoo is best for shiny coat? I use Mane and Tail but i was also wondering what other shampoos are good.

I love Mane N' Tail...great shampoo...I've used it on myself too and love it.

i really like the earthbath shampoos (www.earthbath.com). the tea tree oil and aloe vera was great when my dog had flea allergy dermatitis and the mango tango smells awesome. their products are all natural, 100% biodegradable and not tested on animals.

It's my understanding that a main ingridient in Mane n' Tail is paraffin wax, so the reason your hair is so shiny is because you've just waxed it!

If mane and tail is leaving your hair greasy then rinse it more. Yes the wax is a main ingredient so it needs to be rinsed very well even on horses. lol It is used mainly to prevent tangles and keep the hair straight and fuller looking for the show horses.

Yes, I know several people who use it. I personally do not but that is because my hair is naturally oily so if I use it I always look like I did not wash my hair at the end of the day. I am not one to stand in the shower rinsing my hair for any lenght of time. Too lazy a 2-1 shampoo is my choice with both shampoo and conditioner, kill to birds with one stone so to speak.
