Oh my goodness, yes this one. A LOT of SVU episodes make me cry. Especially the last episode Elliot did and he shot that little girl, I cried like a baby.
Yes! I would say about 3 in 5 episodes (at least of the older seasons) make me cry. The one where Olivia's talking to the little girl on the phone for hours makes me cry, too.

RENT. It made me cry happy tears at the end, and sad tears when Angel died. I love love love that musical/movie <3

The His Dark Materials trilogy. Those books really affected me in a way no other book has.
I don't really cry during movies. But some of the more intensely distressing movies have already been named except maybe for Million Dollar Baby and Pay It Forward. Not sure those have been mentioned yet.
Forgot about Rent and Pay It Forward! Wow.... so many tearjerkers but they are all so amazing.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Fluke... I start crying within the first five minutes of it! It's torture to watch it.

Most of the other movies have already been mentioned. The Notebook, Up (the beginning is such a heartbreaker)... when I was a little kid, I loved The Land Before Time but would cry when Littlefoot's mom died. That was horrible.

OMFG. Pay it Forward! I can't believe I forgot that. Sob city.

The Adventures of Yellow Dog - the bit when he's on the log, and the boy gets lifted and the dog falls. When he gets left, that makes me cry.
This for me, too.
Eight Below - this one is really bad, when he pulls the chain of collars out of the ground, and the last one is dead under the snow :(
Eight Below makes me cry, too! Especially when he discovers the dogs that aren't dead, after he thinks he came to find all of them gone.
AHHHHHHHH Dumbo. This is probably the scene that makes me cry more than any other movie. Just thinking about her rocking him through the bars... I'm crying already lol. I can't even hear the song baby mine
ACKKKKK. I'm dying just thinking about it. *sob*

Oh yes, that episode makes me cry everytime.

Speaking of SVU, the new episode they had last night, made me cry so much. It was soooo sad.

The Fox and the Hound is brutal.
The Lion King when Simba tries to wake Mufasa up made me tear up when I saw it in theaters a little while ago. I think that's it for animated. I don't remember if I cried during Homeward Bound or the Land Before time (didn't even remember his mom died and that was my favorite movie ever) it's just been too long since I've seen them.

I generally tear up when I'm supposed to nowadays lol, so that happens a lot, but actual crying is different. The one that really gets me is Forrest Gump, when he's talking to Jenny's grave. Gets me every single time and I've seen it at least 8 times.

Air Bud, when he sends him away, also brutal.

I teared up watch SVU last night too, watching the poor guy so confused on the stand.

I always vowed never to watch Marley and Me but did it not too long ago because there was nothing else on. Me and mom watched it, we both cried.

I actually don't think anything in Harry Potter made me cry, and I LOVE Harry Potter.

For me characters dying doesn't get me, it's someone's reaction, especially if they are talking about it/talking to the dying person and their voice cracks and they start to cry. Forest talking to the grave, Simba trying to wake his dad, etc. It's them being so sad that kills me.

I can never remember what made me cry though, I have to watch it again to remember lol.

Oh and Schindler's List. I can't remember what he says exactly but it's at the end after the war and everything has ended and Schindler realizes he could have saved more. And I was watching that one in a class so I tried really hard not to cry.

Oh, yes, Schindler's List! Incredible movie. I cried both at the end of the movie and the *very* end, when the descendants of the people Schindler saved are putting rocks on his tombstone.
I'm also pretty sure I cried watching My Dog Skip.

Any and every movie that has to do with an animal. I bawl at the end of Homeward Bound, starting with Shadow falling into the hole and then really sobbing when they're calling for him and he finally staggers over the hill to Peter. OMG, I'm tearing up now just thinking about it.

Marley and Me. I bawl.

Old Yeller, 'nough said.

The end of the The Time Traveler's Wife.

The episode in LOST (season finale for season...five, I think), when Juliette falls down the shaft and Sawyer is holding on to her desperately, but then finally looses his grip and she plummets. When Sawyer looses it I loose it.

Doctor Who, the Doomsday episode. I also cried in "The Doctor's Daughter", at the end when she takes the bullet for him.

The Lion King, when Mufasa dies.

When Sam dies in I am Legend.

Wolf's Rain killed me. I cried when Blue and Pops were reunited again and when Toboe died.

I also cried at the end of the Code Geass series, when Nunally is holding Lelouch realizing, remembering, and he passes on with the crowd chanting for "Zero".

For me characters dying doesn't get me, it's someone's reaction, especially if they are talking about it/talking to the dying person and their voice cracks and they start to cry.
This for me, too. It isn't really people dying, but the sheer emotion behind something.

I've only watched two SVU episodes this season - the first one, and then the one with the college girl, the pianist, that was raped in her apartment (and that was because nothing else was on). It just isn't the same without Elliot - the feel is different.

I've forgotten sooo many good ones - My Dog Skip is a biggie too!

And yes ^ I know, I've seen Forrest Gump probably like 20x and I always cry when he's talking to Jenny's grave.
