I think he is quite handsome. HE has melted into the famil just fine. Tolerates the dogs, and is kind of looking at them now with a sweeter expression. I think he has finally figured out that if he doens't poke them they don't alarm and jump around. ANd he and victor are sniffing each other. Great progress. He and I had a nose to nose talk about making Victor and PEpper yelp. THere will be no sneak pokes in my house. Victor's not all convinced and asks for A mediator if the cat is in between him and somewhere he wants to go.

HE is her lion. Sleeps on her lap while she watches tv. WRaps his thick arms around her head at night. HE is everything I wanted for her. Hard to believe he was a stray outside. Sure glad he is not now. SInce we had our nose to nose discussion there has been no poking the dogs for 12 hours. FIngers crossed.

HE is starting to hang out at the door. Sniffing the air that comes through the crack. It will be hard because he was use to being outside. NOt sure how I am going to convince him outside is not the place for him come spring.

He makes me think of one of ours (who is kind of a black version of Sancho but who otherwise looks pretty similar) and I seriously love that boy.
