Salukis/Whippet/Italian Greyhound *too many pics!*

OKay, so here is the dealio, these are the dogs that I dog-sit for. I finally remembered to take my camera along (and one of the dogs chewed the grip string off when I wasn't looking, ) and thought you all might like to see them. This is one of the rare times that I was watching all of them at once, so I abused my camera privileges, lol.

I put this in the Dog Breeds section because they aren't common breeds, but feel free to move it if it is in the wrong place.

I didn't realize that I had taken so many pictures (70 to be exact) until I uploaded them to photobucket, so I am going to try and contain myself and not post all of them, but I will post my photobucket link so that you can look through them all if you want.

So, without furthur adou (sp) I present to you...*drumroll* the Hounds of Ra!

P.S. All of these beautiful dogs are either owned or co-owned by Eileen Drummond and are from Hounds of Ra (kennel name...I think)

Hounds of Ra

There that should work. I think I'll post a little blurb about each dog, just so you know who is who or whatever, and a pic of each...

Gnocchi-
Female, Italian Greyhound, rescue, at least 6 years old...
She is absolutely nuts and full of energy. My mom calls her Batley and says that she looks just like a fruit bat...

Angel-
Female, Saluki, retired show dog, almost 9 (I think), therapy dog, CGC...
Angel is such a sweetheart. She is very laid back and mellow, an awesome therapy dog! She was named Angel because the white spot on her chest was in the shape of an Angel when she was little, but now it's just a white patch. She is overweight for a Saluki, but she is on a diet.

Hope-
Female Saluki, rescue, retired show dog, almost 9, therapy dog, CGC...
Hope is Angel's sister. They were sold to different homes, and Hope went to an AKC handler who locked her in a crate for 15 months in a basement. When she was found, she was in really bad shape (there were a few other dogs to, but they didn't survive). She couldn't walk on her feet, she walked on her whole front legs at first. Eileen took her and she went on to be a therapy dog as well as a show dog. (P.S. The handler still has dogs and is showing them )

Male, Whippet, show dog, therapy dog, CGC...
I used Eddie for 2 year as a 4-H project, he is a great dog. Even my mom, not a dog love, says that she would take him in a heartbeat.

Aleefah-
Female, Saluki, show dog, she is under 6 years but not sure exact age...
Aleefah is the DIVA!! The first 2 times I dog-sat her, she wouldn't even allow me touch her unless it was suitable to her. She acts like I am too low to even look at her...she is royalty! lol. I love the white tip on her tail, it is very unique.

Jenna-
Female, Saluki, show dog, young...
Jenna is the newbie. She is a sweetheart and loves to lay on top of Eddie's kennel for some reason. When we go out to potty, she has to be on a leash because she jumps the 6 foot fence like it's not even there. I love her ears, the hair on them looks like a person's hair that was layered two different colors, black on the bottom and blond on top.

Ta'Ayyana-
Female, Saluki, show dog, very young...
Ta'Ayyana is the baby of the family. She is doing VERY well in the show ring,a nd I believe that she is just about finished. She is also very full of energy is always up to something. She is probably my favorite of the dogs to watch. Her coloring is very pretty too, the light part is almost pure white.
I love the lean, lol...
