Rottweiler or cane corso

Does anyone here have experience with the Cane Corso? I am curious to know what they are like. How their temperament, in general, compares with the rottie. How trainable, health problems, etc.

My friend had one... she was loyal to death, sweet, very playful and loving... had a little bit of dog aggression but was manageable. Flew through an obedience class - had a little trouble focusing around the other dogs but extremely smart and trainable. Kind of had a natural heel (protective). She was, however, super "sensitive" - we had to GO BACK to te vets after dropping her off for a spay because she didn't want strange people sticking needles in her and threw a fit, and they were afraid of her. I never felt scared of her, but when she hit her "teenage" stage she even fought her owner once over going into a crate - not badly, but she wasn't the softest dog in the world.
