Rory swallowed a big piece of rawhide

Rory was chewing on a rawhide and I noticed that he could get the whole thing in his mouth so I got up to go take it away from him and he gulped it down. Should I be worried?? He seems fine, but I just worry about his digestion. He's so small (12 lbs) and I'm afraid it will get lodged or something.

I would say keep watching him and make sure he is eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom alright; otherwise, take him to the vet.
