Roman went to Lynn Creek on Friday with my friend and her beagle. We spent 6-7 hours there!

I guess it could be considered a late birthday hike, Roman turned 7 on the 8th (b-day 08/07/07!). I think he enjoyed himself, except for some stick troubles (documented ahead) and crossing the suspension bridge (he was not a fan! haha)

Unfortunately action mode failed me and most pics were overblown or fuzzy, but here are some.

Hey it's in focus! Score!

Here he decided to restrain the log while he attacked by straddling it. Super clever idea; whenever he yanked it, it knocked him in the junk. His ire was intense:

His noises provoked Mylo into full-out Arrooos.

He eventually chose a more size-appropriate stick, but there were complications even with that:

He eventually got it on shore, but judging by his expression he got it stuck again:

We decided the dogs had to have their picture taken on this giant rock, so here is the trophy shot:

Love!! That looks like an amazing place to go! Are you able to visit often?

I don't know that I've seen many pictures of Roman before. He's gorgeous! And the worried look on his face about the well-being of his sticks is hilarious.
