Well, Rogue went to the vet once again. He had a *severe* asthma attack on Sunday night, that continued for about 45 minutes. I was sure I was going to lose him while I was at work. However, my mom and dad were at home watching him closely, and he pulled through.
So I brought him in today. She wants to do a final x-ray in about a week or two ($55) if I can somehow come up with the money. Pretty much we are keeping him comfortable until he passes, as it will eventually kill him. His breathing was much worse than just last month, let alone when she first saw him 3 months ago.
He was put on a puffer twice daily, so I had to make a breathing chamber. I only cut myself once, for those who are wondering... then I told my daddy I needed help and he got out the drill :rofl1:

HOW TO MAKE A BREATHING CHAMBER:
1. start with an empty bottle

2. on the part with the mouth, make a hole big enough to fit the whole pets head in.

3. on the bottom end, make a hole to fit the whole puffer

4. duct tape where the head goes in so it is not sharp

5. duct tape the puffer so it is airtight

6. take off the label from the bottle and you are all done!

Rogue knew meds were happening

he checked out the chamber

he was fine with his head in it... until his head HAD to be in it

All done!

Aww Jess, I'm so sorry to hear Rogue isn't doing well. I love the little carpet sharks but when they come up with health issues they seem to go downhill very fast. I'll be keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers. He's such a beautiful boy!

Hugs to both you and Rogue. Rogue knows how much you love him and so do we.

(((((hugs))))) to you! I'm sure he's glad to be in a home like yours, to be loved and spoiled as much as yours! ;)
Neat contraption - looks just like the expensive ones they make for kids lol
