I found a Robin egg on the ground a few minutes ago. Should I assume nothing can be done for it? It's pretty cold out today, not sure how long it was on the ground though. Just want to be sure nothing can be done before I put it back out.
Incubation of chicken eggs in an incubator is a fairly precise thing, so I think trying to incubate a robin egg would be hopeless, not to mention progeny you find on the ground are often rejected for a reason. I say put it back out and let it be food for something else
