Riots Video Tricks..

A few of Riots little tricks..
Riot being GOOD
His commands in order are; touch (to touch my hand with his nose), wave(to move his leg up and down twice in the air), Drop(to lay down), Sit(sit up), Stand(from a sit), Back up(backing up, obviously), Sit, High Five, Sit, Paw, Other Paw, Hold(to hold a delicious liver treat in his mouth without eating it) and "still" to hold a treat on the end of his nose without moving

The video gets delayed so its hard to tell which I'm saying what to lol

Alright.. all who are sceptical.. Riot isn't always such a little angel.. he DEFINATELY has a little devil side.. as shown in this video.

Now.. he KNOWS the "play dead" command but HATES doing it.. so he'll try and find any excuse not to do it lol this includes giving me a REASON for him to play dead - ie. biting my hand lol

Good Boy Riot
How old is he now?
I noticed that at about 10-11 months Dante became less fond of his "Belly" command. I couldn't help but wonder if it had to do with maturity, he wasn't neutered yet. That laying belly up even to the pack leader is vulnerable

Exactly! lol Riot is a "wanna be" dominante dog... so his "Play dead" command is iffy lol even though I KNOW he knows that command inside and out if we are playing and hes having a good time, he'll play dead no problem though! hahaha Bit if its a cold command, like just straight tricks, its a struggle to get him to do it.. makes me laugh though lol

After I shut the camera off I flipped him over on his back and gave him a belly rub, just to make sure that he did it lol

Wow love the trick with the bone on top of his nose! He looks even better in the videos than just looking at a pic; he's handsome in pics too.

 

[Phoenix the Dog]

Those were so great! My phoenix can't hold a treat in his mouth or on his nose to save his life!!! At least not yet!!! We're working on it! But playing dead is his forte!!! I "shoot" him and he moans and rolls over belly up! He dies with style!

I must say the funniest thing happened when I was watching you video, Phoenix came running over and responded to your voice! He sat and gave high five! It was funny... he also cried through it! (He crys when he doesn't understand!) I wish I had a video of him watching Riot!
