Riots working towards his Ch title, hes already obtained a RNCL title which is Rally Novice Cum Lade (second highest scoring overall) and hes recently obtained his CGN title (Canine Good Neighbour).

Because they were holding a sanction match that day so I brought Riot and he beat out all the Shelties lmao!

LOL a Sanction match is held by a breed club and is "sanctioned" by the CKC (here they are anyway) which means they basically "allow" it to happen.

Its more or less like a "practice" show. No points are award to the winners, they just get ribbons.

Sweepstakes classes are ribbons + money, but no points.

Cool! Is he working towards an Am Ch or a Can Ch? How many points does he have so far?


I didn't know the CGN was considered a title in Canada! No Fair! The CGC (American equivalent) is just a certificate.

Lizmo - those are all his ribbons from this summers shows.

As of right now, Riot has no points, unforunately puppies can only get points if they beat the adult Belgians - which for a Belgian is a very rare case due to structure, the way they grow and their black overlay which is a must have in this breed - which doen't come until maturity.

Next seasons shows are more hopeful. Then he will have his dark overlay and his "show coat" ready. This season he blew his coat twice b/c hes sstill a pup. Hes ony 13 months old

hes working towards his Can Ch and once he aquires that, depending on placings etc for him - I might register him with the AKC and try for his Am Ch.

The CGN is considered a CKC title here, but the CGC is just letters lol. The CGC isn't regonized by the CKC therefore - no "real" title lol
