My boyfriend and I were cleaning a fan in the house and we took it apart to get all the collected dust out. Well I put the face of the fan on the ground and my curious little puppy decided to put his head in it which was a doom so he ended up getting it stuck around his neck. He started running around in a panic. We had some baby oil thinking that it would slip off. But it didn't work the more we pulled the more he got scared. We tried to cut it off with some scissors but ended up breaking them and decided to use a saw. Finally we got it off and was able to go to bed. We still use the fan and can't even tell its broken!
