My little maltipoo is nearly 4 1/2 months at this time she weighs 9 lbs, I feed her 1 cup of food a day she is on Royal Canine Puppy33 Fomula. On the bag the chart is kind of hard to understand, it says to feed them based on there adult weight, which as a mixed breed Im abit unsure of, the vet estimated when she was 8 weeks old that she was going to be around 15 lbs, which I think he is right. So based on that weight it says to feed her 1 cup. My friend on the other hand takes the chart to read different, her dog is supposed to be 12 lbs full grown and is 6 lbs at the present time, she only feeds her dog 1/2 cup as she is going by the weight on the chart to be the dogs current weight, I think she is underfeeding it but Im not sure can anyone help me on this. Am I overfeeding my dog?
