****. Fckfckfck.

I came home from vacation, to a FAT Renegade. He's acting normally, eating, drinking, pooping, etc. I'd be very, VERY surprised if it was a blockage. That said... Ren does not get fat. It doesn't happen. I've fought to keep weight on him the last 2 years. He's not showing any symptoms of pain or anything... But this is the ferret I took to the vet because he was cuddly and found out he was "on deaths doorstep" with e coli, salmonella and Giardia.

I'm thinking a tumor. I'm thinking a cancerous tumor.

I was warned. 90% of the time there is a reaction at an older age to a vaccine as severe as his was, there's a tumor/cancer hiding. I just figured that wasn't the case with Ren. Figured it couldn't be the case with Ren.

*sigh* off to the vet for X-rays, I suppose. I don't know wtf I'll do if it turns to be anything :(

Thanks. It's just.. Ugh. Maybe I can get the vet to put him on meds without X-rays. Even though the most effective med is one I am strongly against using
