I'm having a REALLY hard time finding a place to get food other than the local grocery store. I'm also concerned that if I have to end up buying it there that they will be limited to just a few types of meat - basically chicken, beef, and pork.

Chinatown has always been a winner for me. Cheap meats and interesting kinds of meat too. Though last time I went to Chinatown I got robbed sooo I'm looking for a new place to find meat too. :p

We have a couple raw co-ops in our area as well as a meat company located in So Cal that takes bi-weekly trips up here to Nor Cal and we also buy from local grocery stores.

The CarnivoreFeedSuppliers yahoo group would be a good place to look for places near you- you never know what you may find!

Butcher shop and we have a chicken processing plant in town.

Butcher (who kills on site) has heart, liver, kidneys, tongue and cows feet available.
Chicken processing plant sells chicken necks and backs (nice) and thighs; pretty much any cut you want.
