My sister was around the shop when she saw a tiny Chihuahua puppy in a box. The guy said he was 6-7 weeks old, and if no one bought him that day, the pup was gonna be dropped at animal services. Well folks, she got him,and saw he is a little skinny for 6-7 weeks. Me and mom looked at him and he is, in actuality, between 4-5 weeks old. He barely has his teeth in, and still has full-blown puppy-breath. We coaxed him to eat and drink, but at the moment I need some help from you guys. I've taken care of pups before, but those had their mama with them. Could I get some tips so this little guy don't get sick?

I hope she didn't actually PAY for the puppy, since the guy was going to "dump" it anyway. Otherwise she just supported a REALLY bad BYB!

Vet visit for sure. Also milk replacer for puppies found at your local pet store. I would offer canned food as well as a little dry food and small chew toys for his teeth. Good Luck.
