Although they're tasty and I use to eat them, nowadays I wouldn't touch those things with a barge pole. They're loaded up the wazoo with sodium, monsodium glutamate, and cancer causing nitrates, saturated fat and loads calories. There is an insignificant amount of fiber and absolutely no nutrition. I've become my own pantry nazi. :nono:
I like them long so that when I'm attempting to slurp the unruly things into my mouth I have a nice trail of noodle slime down the front of me. I also don't drain them. I like a lot of broth.
