Although they're tasty and I use to eat them, nowadays I wouldn't touch those things with a barge pole. They're loaded up the wazoo with sodium, monsodium glutamate, and cancer causing nitrates, saturated fat and loads calories. There is an insignificant amount of fiber and absolutely no nutrition. I've become my own pantry nazi. :nono:
I am so allergic to MSG, my body HATES me when I eat noodles (or anything that is packaged, really), but they are so yummy.

I like them long so that when I'm attempting to slurp the unruly things into my mouth I have a nice trail of noodle slime down the front of me. I also don't drain them. I like a lot of broth.

I throw the seasoning packet away, throw in some soy sauce, Tiger sauce, and any leftover veggies I may have on hand, and some spices/seasonings. :9

Leave them long! I like the noodles slightly undercooked, and I always have to have a big glass of milk with my ramen :)
